I had a payment processing with the claims department which was denied due to my card being shut off. After talking to the claims department I was informed the garnishment was enacted starting May 13th. This is fine with me; however, as I am only in need of about 50% of my wages and I am using the other 50% to save/pay off some debts before getting a house October. The debt will be paid off by August of 2016 with the garnishment and the additional 200$ a month I will be paying.
