ESSENTIALLY I WOULD BE MAKING A MONTHLY PAYMENT TO THIS NON-PROFIT COMPANY AND THEY WOULD BE PAYING EACH OF MY CREDITORS ON MY BEHALF TO HELP GET MY CREDIT DEBT PAID AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. IT WAS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT THE CREDITOR MENTIONED ABOVE WOULD BE INCLUDED IN THIS PLAN, AND I WAS INSTRUCTED NOT TO MAKE PAYMENTS DIRECTLY TO ANY OF MY CREDITORS. AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS I WAS INFORMED THAT THE CREDITOR MENTIONED ABOVE COULD NOT BE INCLUDED IN THIS PLAN. BECAUSE OF THIS THE ACCOUNT BECAME DELINQUENT AND LATE FEES AND OVER LIMIT FEES RESULTED. I SPOKE WITH THE CREDITOR AND THEY AGREED TO SETTLE THE ACCOUNT FOR $3000.00.
