HEHAD INVESTED QUITE A LARGE SUM IN NO LOAD MUTUAL FUNDS WHEREBYHE MADE HIS OWN INVESTMENT DECISIONS. HE WAS VERYKNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE VARIOUS FEES AND EXPENSES OF MUTUALFUNDS AND HE IS VERY WELL QUALIFIED TO EVALUATE THEINVESTMENTS, AND TOWERS NOTE SEEMED TO BE PROPER FOR HIM.
