THE INSTALLMENT PLAN WAS CANCELLED DURING OUR BANKRUTPCY PROCEEDINGS IN NOVEMBER OF 2001 AND THE TAXES WERE PLACED IN A UN-COLLECTIBLE STATUS. I HAD NO DOCUMENTATION FROM THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE REGARDING A TAX LIEN BEING FILED. I FOUND OUT THAT A TAX LIEN WAS PLACED ON OUR RESIDENCE WHEN I FILED FOR A COPY OF MY CREDIT REPORT ON 8/6/2008.
