Broker Comment: IN THE 1980'S NARCISSE INVESTED IN TRUST DEEDS THROUGH MY REAL ESTATE LICENSE, MOST OF WHICH TURNED DELIQUENT AND PROPERTIES WERE FORECLOSED. NARCISSE HIRED ATTORNEY. I DECIDED NOT TO CONTEST AND THEY WERE AWARDED JUDGEMENT WAY IN EXCESS OF THE ORIGINAL DAMAGES. EVENTUALLY THE PROPERTIES WERE SOLD AND THE PROCEEDS SENT TO NARCISSE.IN 2009, JUDGEMENT WAS RENEWED INCLUDING INTEREST WITHOUT CREDIT FROM PROCEEDS RECEIVED FROM THE SALE OF THE PROPERTIES. THERE ARE TWO PROPERTIES REMAINING. WHEN SOLD, I WILL WORK OUT FINAL SETTLEMENT WITH NARCISSE REFLECTING ALL PAYMENTS HE HAS RECEIVED.
