I did everything I could to pay all my debts and work around the failing business, by taking on other jobs as well as running the business, however, when 3 monthly payments for my mortgage were put into an Escrow account by the bank, rather than paying the mortgage, I received warning of foreclosure due to missed payments. At this point, I had large debt from the business and had only $10,472.00 of yearly income, once the house was put into foreclosure, the amount owed was far above what could be paid on a monthly basis, based on my income at the time.
