CLIENT HAS MADE NO SPECIFIC DAMAGE CLAIM, BUT THEY ARE REASONABLY ESTIMATED AT $10,900 Damage Amount Requested: $10,900.00 Broker Comment: CLAIM DENIED BY FIRM ON MARCH 19, 2004 AFTER REACHING IMPASSE IN RESOLUTION NEGOTIATION. BOTH THE EVERGREEN ASSET ALLOCATION FUNDS, WHICH THE CLIENT PURCHASED, AND THE EXCELSIOR FUND, WHICH HE WRITES THAT HE ORIGINALLY WISHED TO BUY, HAVE BEEN PROFITABLE.
