MY DEBT TO INCOME RATIO WAS TOO HIGH TO REFINANCE FOR LOWER PAYMENTS AND I FELL BEHIND ON THE BILLS TILL I BOTTOMED OUT. AFTER DISCUSSING IT WITH AN ATTORNEY AND CONSIDERING MY CIRCUMSTANCE IT WAS FOUND THAT IT WOULD BE IN MY BEST INTEREST TO FILE FOR BANKRUPTCY TO DISCHARGE THE DEBT.
