WITH SO MANY DIFFICULTIES HAPPENING AROUND THE SAME TIME MY FINANCES SPUN OUT OF CONTROL AND AFTER LATE FEES AND INTEREST PENALTIES WERE TACKED ON MATTERS BECAME IMPOSSIBLE. I WAS UNABLE TO MEET MY OBLIGATIONS.
