Resolution: Settled Sanctions: Benefit Overpayments Broker Comment: It was ruled by the State of Oklahoma that I made a claimant error in regards to benefits that I had been receiving. When I learned of the mistake, I quickly contacted the state to resolve the matter. It was determined by the state that the incorrect attestations made were NOT in any attempt to be dishonest, unfair, or unethical.
