FA FURTHER STATED, BASED ON DISCUSSIONS AT THAT TIME, CLIENT'S PRIMARY GOAL WAS TO GROW THAT MONEY FOR FUTURE RETIREMENT. IT WAS THAT GOAL THAT LEAD FA TO SUGGEST THE ASSET ALLOCATION PURCHASED ON 9/23/08. UPON REVIEW OF THE INVESTMENTS THAT ARE HELD IN THE ACCOUNT, THEY DO NOT APPEAR TO BE OUTSIDE OF THE SCOPE OF THE INVESTMENT OBJECTIVES LISTED ON THE ACCOUNT. WHILE WE UNDERSTAND THE DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PORTFOLIO, IT DOES APPEAR THE PERFORMANCE IS ATTRIBUTED TO MARKET FLUCTUATION WHICH IS A RISK ASSOCIATED WITH INVESTING.
