WE WERE BLEEDING OUR SAVINGS TO SAVE THESE HOUSES AND WE WERE INFORMED BY COUNSEL WE COULD HAVE A LEAN/ JUDGMENT FOR THE LOSSES AND NEEDED TO SEVER AS WE WERE INSOLVENT.
