SHE REFERS TO WHAT SHE IS READING ON THE CUSTOMER STATEMENT CONCERNING THE MATURITY DATES OF THE INVESTMENTS AND REQUESTS THE OPPORTUNITY TO SPEACK WITH SOMONE IN OUR HOME OFFICE BEFORE SHE CONTACTS AN ATTORNEY. THE INVESTMENTS ARE DOWN IN VALUE BY APPROXIMATELY $10,000.00. Damage Amount Requested: $10,000.00 Broker Comment: THE CLIENT HAS PURCHASED SEVERAL CALLABLE CD'S WITH FIFTEEN YEAR MATURITIES WITH THE PREVIOUS REPRESENTATIVE. THE IR STATES THE CLIENT WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH RATES ON CD'S WITH SHORTER MATURITIES. HE SUGGESED A DEPOSIT NOTE AS A SUITABLE ALTERNATIVE. THE IR STATES THE CLIENT REVIEWED THE INVESTMENT AND WAS MADE AWARE OF ALL THE FEATURES INCLUDING MARKET FLUCTUATION AND CALL DATES. THE CLIENT ALSO RECEIVED THE CONFIRM AND CIRCULAR WHICH DISCLOSES THE FEATURES OF THE INVESTMENT. CLAIM DENIED.
