THE PROPERTY AT ISSUE WAS OSTENSIBLY OWNED BY AN IRREVOCABLE TRUST IN A THIRD PARTY'S NAME, BUT MS. PERRY ACKNOWLEDGED THAT THE THIRD PARTY HAD NO CONNECTION TO THE TRUST, WHICH WAS BENEFICIALLY OWNED BY AN ENTITY OWNED AND CONTROLLED BY MS. PERRY AND HER HUSBAND. MS. PERRY ACKNOWLEDGED THAT SHE WAS AWARE THAT SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN INELIGIBLE TO RENT PROPERTY TO EDWARD JONES FOR HER BRANCH OFFICE AT THE TIME THE ENTITIES OWNING THE PROPERTY WERE STRUCTURED. Broker Comment: THE BUILDING IN QUESTION IS OWNED BY AN IRREVOCABLE TRUST THAT HAS ITS OWN TAX ID NUMBER AND I AM NOT THE TRUSTEE, THEREFORE IT WAS NOT ON MY LIST OF PERSONALLY OWNED REAL ESTATE. THIS SOMEHOW VIOLATE AN INTERNAL POLICY AND I WAS THEREFORE TERMINATED.
