THE DATE OF THE SHORT SALE SETTLEMENT WITH WELLS FARGO WAS 2/10/11, STARTED A LOAN MOD PROGRAM IN EARLY 2010 AND MADE EVERY PAYMENT PERFECTLY BUT WELLS FARGO NEVER FINISHED THE PAPERWORK. THEY SENT MOD PAPERS 5 TIMES BUT NEVER GOT THEM SIGNED THEMSELVES. WE GAVE UP AND LISTED THE HOME FOR SALE. WHEN WE TOLD WELLS FARGO WE LISTED IT THEY PUT IN IMMEDIATE FORECLOSURE EVEN THOUGH WE HAD MADE EVERY PAYMENT THEY REQUESTED BEFORE IT WAS DUE. THEY NEVER TOLD US NOT TO LIST THE HOUSE. THEN WE HAD TO FIND A QUICK BUYER TO AVOID FORECLOSURE WHICH CAUSED THE SHORT SALE.
