HE WANTED A GUARANTEED FUTURE INCOME STREAM, WHICH THIS ANNUITY WOULD HAVE GIVEN HIM. AT THE TIME HE PURCHASED THE ANNUITY ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WAS RE-DISCLOSED TO HIM AND HE WILLFULLY SIGNED ALL DISCLOSURES. IT BECAME APPARENT TO US SEVERAL WEEKS LATER THAT HE HAD DECIDED TO PURSUE A DIFFERENT INVESTMENT APPROACH, WHICH WAS CONTRADICTORY TO THE APPROACH HE WANTED FROM US.

Broker Comment: ARRESTED AND CHARGED-THE STATE DROPPED THE CASEDUE TO NO EVIDENCE AGAINST ME. THEY FILED A ``NOINFORMATION``. THE POLICE SAY I USED THE WEAPON, BUT IT WASONE OF THE MEN WITH ME. IT WAS MY VEHICLE AND WEAPON BUT I DIDNOT USE IT. THE GUN WAS FIRED IN THE AIR AS A WARNING, SINCETHE GUN WAS MINE AND WE WERE IN MY VEHICLE, THE POLICE TRIED TOPUT THE BLAME ON ME. I WOULD NOT SAY THAT MY FRIEND DID IT SOTHEY BLAMED ME. THE WITNESS DIS NOT IDENTIFY ME AS THE ONE WHODID IT.
