I returned to the restaurant to pay for meal. Reluctantly left money with hostess after requesting to speak with manager. Sometime later, police arrived at my home because of a noise complaint. When my license was run by the police, I was informed that a warrant was issued against me for this hot check. I was not arrested, but received a ticket with a mandatory court appearance. Court found me guilty of Arkansas Hot Check Law on 08/22/2008. $2047.71 costs & fines assessed. Paid in full
