IN AN EFFORT TO REDUCE EXPENSES, I TRANSFERRED SOME OF HIS DEBT TO MY INDIVIDUAL CREDIT CARDS BECAUSE I HAD GOOD CREDIT AND LOWER INTEREST RATES. WE ALSO OWNED A HOME JOINTLY AND HAD OTHER JOINT DEBT. AFTER THE SPLIT HE WALKED AWAY FROM THE HOME AND ALL JOINT DEBT THUS RESULTING IN MY BANKRUPTCY. IF YOU LOOK AT MY CREDIT HISTORY PRIOR TO 2010, YOU WILL SEE THAT I HAD A VERY STRONG CREDIT HISTORY WITH HIGH LIMITS AND GOOD PAYMENT RECORDS.
