Disclosure History

CHRISTOPHER MANNING MARLOWE has 1 Disclosure Event(s).

Date: June 30, 1991
Category: Criminal
Charges: ONE COUNT, FELONY BREAKING AND ENTERING, DISMISSED.ONE COUNT, FELONY LARCENY, DISMISSED. Charge Type: FELONY
Disposition: BOTH CHERGES WERE DISMISSED.
Broker Comment: THE CHARGES ARE A RESULT OF A 1991 HIGH SCHOOL INCIDENT WHERE ME AND THREE OF MY FRIENDS WENT INTO OUR HIGH SCHOOL (THE DOOR WAS ACTUALLY UNLOCKED, BUT BECAUSE IT WAS AFTER HOURS, IT WAS CONSIDERED BREAKING AND ENTERING) AND GOT ON THE ROOF ONE NIGHT. WHILE ENTERING THE SCHOOL, WE LOOKED IN THE KITCHEN AND FOUND A TWELVE PACK OF BEER AND A TWELVE PACK OF COKE (THESE WERE LEFT OVER FROM THE END OF THE YEAR TEACHER'S PARTY AND CONSTITUTE THE LARCENY) WHICH WE TOOK ONTO THE ROOF. WE WERE CAUGHT LEAVING THE PREMISES BY THE POLICE WITH THE RESIDUAL BEER AND COKE. THE CHARGES WERE Dismissed PARTIALLY AT THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE SCHOOL. THE INCIDENT ACCOUNTS FOR TWO FELONIES DUE TO THE FACT THAT ANY CRIME COMMITED IN CONJUNCTION WITH BREAKING AND ENTERING IS AUTOMATICALLY CONSIDERED A FELONY, ALTHOUGHT THIS LARCENY WAS CLEARLY UNDER THE $400 LEVEL TYPICALLY NEEDED TO MAKE IT FELONY LARCENY. I INCORRECTLY ANSWERED QUESTION 23A(1(B) BECAUSE I MISCONSTRUED ITS MEANING. I BELEIVE THAT ON MOST APPLICATIONS THE QUESTION READS, "HAVE YOU EVER BEEN CONVICTED". BECAUSE MY CHARGES WERE Dismissed I MISTAKENLY FELT THAT I WAS THEREFORE TECHNICALLY NEVER CHARGED. I FAILED TO RECOGNIZE THE MEANING OF THIS QUESTION AND APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE I HAVE CAUSED.
