THE ALLEGATION TO RECOUP THE SURRENDER CHARGE WAS NOT MADE UNTIL 3 YEARS LATER AND 9 YEARS AFTER THE INITIAL INVESTMENT. AFTER COMPREHENSIVE INTERNAL REVIEW, ALL ALLEGATIONS WERE DENIED.
