CUSTOMER NOW ALLEGES THAT HE DID NOT UNDERSTAND BY PURCHASING THE IMMEDIATE ANNUITY THAT HE RELINQUISHED CONTROL OF HIS ASSETS.THE FIRM INVESTIGATED CUSTOMER'S ALLEGATION AND CONCLUDED IT WAS COMPLETELY BASELESS AND WITHOUT MERIT. PRIOR TO PURCHASING THE TWO ANNUITIES, THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGED IN WRITING THAT ONCE THE FREE-LOOK PERIOD EXPIRED HE COULD NOT SURRENDER THE ANNUITIES AT ANY TIME THEREAFTER. IN ADDITION, THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGED HE UNDERSTOOD THAT HE COULD NOT WITHDRAW ANY AMOUNT INVESTED IN THE ANNUITIES FIXED INCOME OPTION. Damage Amount Requested: $17,359.00
