JAMESTOWN HAD EXPERIENCED RECORDS LOSSES. PLAINTIFF ALLEGES DEFENDENT TOLD HIM THAT IF JAMESTOWN FILES BANKRUPTCY, CREDITORS COULD REACH PLAINTIFF'S PERSONAL RETIREMENT ASSETS. PLAINITFF CLOSED HIS RETIREMENT ACCOUNTS AND INVESTED APPROX. $220,000 IN JAMESTOWN TRANSPORTATION. SHORTLY AFTER INVESTING $220,000 INTO JAMESTOWN TRANSPORTATION, THE COMPANY CEASED OPERATING FOR INSOLVENCY AND WHEREABOUTS OF PLAINTIFF'S INVESTMENTS ARE UNKNOWN.
