WHEN I COULD NO LONGER MAKE THE REGULAR MONTHLY PAYMENTS, THE CREDITOR WOULD NOT AGREE TO A REDUCED PAYMENT. I WAS ADVISED TO STOP MAKING PAYMENTS, THEN THEY WOULD TALK TO ME. I WAS SUED AND THE JUDGE ORDERED THAT WE WORK IT OUT.
