ALLEGED COMPENSATORY DAMAGE AMOUNT UNSPECIFIED. Broker Comment: MS. LACHNICHT ALSO DENIES THE ALLEGATIONS OF THE COMPLAINT. MS. LACHNICHT STATES THAT SHE LIQUIDATED ONE OF THE CLIENT'S THREE ACCOUNTS AS DIRECTED ON FEBRUARY 19 AND THAT IN DOING SO SHE BELIEVED SHE WAS FOLLOWING THE CLIENT'S INSTRUCTIONS. THE OTHER TWO ACCOUNTS WERE LIQUIDATED PROMPTLY AFTER THE CLIENT COMPLAINED. ONE OF THESE ACCOUNTS WAS LIQUIDATED ON FEBRUARY 26, RESULTING IN A SURPLUS TO THE CLIENT, WHICH THE CLIENT ACCEPTED . IN THE INTEREST OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE BRANCH DID A TRADE ADJUSTMENT FOR THE REMAINING ACCOUNT, RESULTING IN A $249 BENEFIT TO THE CLIENT. MS. LACHNICHT FURTHER STATES THAT SHE HANDLED THE ACCOUNTS PROPERLY AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CLIENT'S OBJECTIVES AND THAT ANY DECLINES IN THE ACCOUNTS RESULTED FROM MARKET FORCES AND LARGE WITHDRAWALS MADE BY THE CLIENT.
