Disclosure History

CYNTHIA ANN STUDTS has 2 Disclosure Event(s).

Date: February 22, 2016
Category: Judgment / Lien
Judgment/Lien Amount: $14,226.75
Judgment/Lien Type: Civil
Broker Comment: The judgement against me is a result of a credit card that was defaulted on during a time periodwhere I was unemployed. I had tried to work with this company and was unsuccessful. Fees havemade this a much larger amount than it was originally. During this time I was faced with paying fornecessities such as mortgage, utilities and food for my family, instead of an unsecured debt. I was not able to afford a lawyer at the time, so needless to say, I lost the case. Had the payments theyoffered to me been more affordable I would have been able to make payments, unfortunately their proposal was not something I could afford. At this time I am unable to tend to this debt as there are higher priority payments; as soon as I amable to address the issue and make acceptable payments I will certainly do so.
