Damage Amount Requested: $11,125.70 Broker Comment: I HAVE A LONG STANDING CLEAN RECORD WITH NO COMPLAINTS AS I AM ALWAYS VERY THOROUGH AND HELPFUL TO MY CLIENTS. I SPENT MANY HOURS PLANNING THIS CLIENT'S RETIREMENT AND THE ACCOUNTS CHOSEN WERE SUITABLE AND BEYOND THAT WERE ALL PROFITABLE AT TIME OF COMPLAINT. UNFORTUNATELY THE CLIENT HAD A FAMILY MEMBER INFLUENCE HIM TO MAKE FALSE ALLEGATIONS GENERATING THE FIRST COMPLAINT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY CAREER. I HAVE SEEN THE CLIENT NUMEROUS TIMES AND SPENT COUNTLESS HOURS PUTTING HIS PLANS INTO EFFECT. THIS WAS A SHOCK TO ME AND WAS UNWARRANTED.
