THE STORE ASSUMED I HAD DONE THIS MANY TIMES AND EXAGGERATED THE AMOUNT I COST THEM TO OVER $500, WHICH IS A FELONY IN NEBRASKA, HENCE THE CHARGE. THERE WAS NO JUSTIFICATION TO THE FELONY ACCUSATION, NOR DID I BENEFIT PERSONALLY, THUS THE CHARGE WAS DISMISSED. Disposition: Dismissed
