One, we took a significant pay decrease while I worked for Transamerica during the year of 2014 and the first part of 2015. We anticipated that working with Transamerica would lead to a pay increase but over the course of the year we struggled to meet our monthly bills while we attempted to work on a commission only income. Needless to say we made significantly less than what we were told when I was hired and less than we expected. This lead to us falling behind on credit cards, medical bills, and other debts, to the point that we were not in the position to catch up on those bills and thus had to file for bankruptcy. Our Bankruptcy was discharged 07/22/2015.
