I WAS ARRESTED WITH 9 OTHER INDIVIDUALS AND WE ALL APPEARED IN FRONT OF THE JUDGE AT THE SAME TIME. WE WERE GIVEN 6 MONTHS PROBATION AND HAD TO PAY RESTITUTION OF $300. AT THE END OF THE PROBATION PERIOD I SAW A PROBATION OFFICER WHO ADVISED ME THE CHARGE WOULD BE TAKEN OFF MY RECORD. DO TO THE ELAPSED TIME, ALL OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IS TO THE BEST OF MY RECOLLECTION AND I, THE COURT, THE ARRESTING AGENCY, AND THE STATE HAVE NO RECORDS OF THIS CHARGE.
