I ADEQUATELY PROVIDED THE CLIENT WITH THE INVESTMENT AND INSURANCE OPTIONS OF THIS PRODUCT ALONG WITH AN ILLUSTRATION AND A PROSPECTUS PRIOR TO HIS PURCHASE. THE CLIENT ALSO RECEIVED 30-DAY FREE LOOK, DURING WHICH TIME HE COULD CANCEL THE PURCHASE AT NO COST. FURTHER, HE HAS OWNED THIS INVESTMENT FOR ALMOST THREE YEARS.
