EDWARDS' HOME OFFICE REGARDING THE FIRM'S INTERNET CAPABILITIES AND NATIONAL ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN. IN CLIENT'S RESPONSE, VIA EMAIL, HE STATED DISSATISFACTION ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN AS WELL AS HIS FRUSTRATIONS ABOUT ACTIVITY IN HIS ACCOUNT. THE CLIENT IS A SOPHISTICATED INVESTOR AND LOSSES APPEAR TO BE ATTRIBUTED TO GENERAL STOCK MARKET CONDITIONS. THE INVESTMENTS WERE FOUND TO BE SUITABLE BASED UPON THE CLIENT'S OBJECTIVES. A. G. EDWARDS AND SONS, INC. FOUND THAT IT DID NOT APPEAR THAT THE FINANCIAL CONSULTANT VIOLATED ANY RULES AND REGULATIONS.
