IR STATED THAT BASED ON THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY, IR WITHDREW $15,000 AT THE REQUEST OF THE CLIENT. AS A RESULT OF THIS TRANSACTION, THE CLIENT INCURRED ADDITIONAL TAXES OF $6,225 ON THE DISTRIBUTION. THE FIRM REIMBURSED THE CLIENT THE AMOUNT OF THE ADDITIONAL TAXES INCURRED.
