AGREED TO PAY CLAIMANTS $6,250.00 IN FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT OF ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ASSERTED BY CLAIMANT IN THIS PROCEEDING. MR. NEWMAN WAS NOT ASKED TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE SETTLEMENT AND STRONGLY DENIES ALL THE ALLEGATIONS OF WRONGDOING. MR. NEWMAN ADVISED THE CUSTOMERS TO HOLD THE BONDS AND THE SALES WERE UNSOLICITED.
