THE CALCULATION OF THE ORIGINAL DISTRIBUTION AMOUNT PROVIDED BY THE INSURANCE CARRIER, IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN A LEVEL DEATH BENEFIT AMOUNT UNDER THE RIDER, HAD ERRONEOUSLY INCLUDED A BONUS THAT WAS CREDITED TO THE ACCOUNT VALUE AT THE INCEPTION OF THE POLICY.
