MERRILL LYNCH NEVER CONTACTED ME NOR MYCOUNSEL AFTER THAT SINGLE CONVERSATION. CLIENT WAS FULLY AWAREOF RISKS IN SHORT SALES. CLIENT WAS ON KEY CLIENT STATUS AND,THEREFORE, RECEIVED DETAILD GAIN AND LOSS INFORMATION ON EACHINVESTMENT POSITION ON A MONTHLY BASIS. I ALSO SPOKE WITH HERON A REGULAR BASIS.
