SHORTLY AFTER SHE LEFT HIS ROOM, HE WAS ARRESTED ANDCHARGED WITH SEXUAL ABUSE (A FELONY) AND CRIMINAL IMPERSONATION(A MISDEMEANOR). THE WOMAN ALLEGED THAT HE "GRABBED HER" ANDFORCED HIMSELF UPON HER, THAT HE USED A PHONY NAME, AND THAT HEREPRESENTED HIMSELF AS A MODELING AGENT. ON MAY 14, 1986, INJUSTICE COURT, TOWN OF COLONIE, COUNTY OF ALBANY, STATE OF NEWYORK, REINO PLEADED GUILTY TO CRIMINAL IMPERSONATION. THE SEXUALABUSE CHARGE WAS DISMISSED. ON JUNE 25, 1986, HE WAS SENTENCEDTO THREE YEARS PROBATION ON THE IMPERSONATION CHARGE.
