Settlement Amount: $7,975.81 Broker Comment: I INHERITED THESE ACCOUNTS FROM ANOTHER BROKER AND HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH THESE CLIENTS SINCE 1999. THROUGHOUT OUR RELATIONSHIP, ALL INVESTMENTS DECISIONS HAVE BEEN DISCUSSED, IN DETAIL, WITH THE CLIENT. ALL TRANSACTIONS WERE APPROVED BY THE CLIENTS' PRIOR TO THEIR EXECUTION.
