I WAS AWAY IN COLLEGE AND UNAWARE THAT THE CHECK HAD BEEN RETURNED WHICH LED TO THE CASE BEING TURN OVER TO SC LAW ENFORCEMENT. ONCE I BECAME AWARE, I IMMEDIATELY MADE RESTITITUTION AND THIS MISTAKE WAS NEVER REPEATED.
