I TOOK A $6.00 ITEM AND THE STORE MANAGER STOPPED ME. I IMMEDIATELY OFFERED TO PAY FOR THE ITEM. HE REFUSED AND PLACED A CHARGE OF PETTY LARCENY. IN COURT, THE CHARGES WERE DROPPED AND I PLEAD GUILTY TO DISORDERLY CONDUCT. THE JUDGE AND PUBLIC DEFENDANT SPECIFIED THAT THERE WAS NO CRIMINAL RECORD.
