REPRESENTATIVE DENIES ALL ALLEGATIONS AND MAINTAINS THAT HE PROVIDED SUITABLE INVESTMENT RECOMMENDAIONS TO CUSTOMER FOR HER MUTUAL FUND INVESTMENTS. REPRESENTATIVE ALSO PROVIDED CUSTOMER WITH (AND SHE ACKNOWLEDGED IN WRITING) ALL INFORMATION RELATIVE TO BOTH THE SALES CHARGES APPLICABLE TO HER MUTUAL FUND PURCHASES, AND THE ADVISORY FEES THAT WOULD BE IMPOSED BY HER SELECTED THIRD-PARTY INVESTMENT ADVISOR. REPRESENTATIVE FURTHER STATES THAT CUSTOMER DID NOT HAVE FINANCIAL CAPABILITY TO INVEST ADDITIONAL MONIES TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE ANY BREAKPOINT DISCOUNT ON HER CLASS A SHARE MUTUAL FUND PURCHASES.
