THE CUSTOMER FURTHER ALLEGED THAT HE WAS ENCOURAGED TO SELL A PROFITABLE INVESTMENT TO PURCHASE THE ANNUITY WHICH RESULTED IN TAX PENALTIES. AS OF 4/30/2014 THE COMPLAINT HAS EVOLVED INTO A FINRA ARBITRATION WHERE THE RR IS THE SUBJECT OF THE ALLEGATIONS, BUT NOT A NAMED RESPONDENT. Broker Comment: THE CLAIMS IN THE MATTER HAVE BEEN DISMISSED.
