THE MIX UP WAS BECAUSE THE DOCUMENTS WERE SENT TO A BAD ADDRESS AND I NEVER RECEIVED THE ORIGINAL DISCHARGE PAPERWORK. I CONTACTED MY ATTORNEY IMMEDIATELY AND HAD THEM SEND ME THE APPROPRIATE PAPERWORK TO HAVE THIS MATTER RESOLVED.
