THE CLAIM WAS THAT THE BROKERMISREPRESENTED THE BENEFITS OF A TRADE AFTER HE WAS REASSURED BYTHE CLIENT THAT THE TAX BENEFITS HAD BEEN O.K.'D BY THE CLIENT.THE CLIENT MADE $82,000.+ ON THE 10 MONTH TRADE. AFTER PLAINTIFFDEPOSITIONS, PAINEWEBBER DECIDED TO SETTLED THE CASE.
