CHARGES WERE COMPLETELY DROPPED AND DISMISSED ON 12/23/1998 AND I HAVE A SLATE CLEAN RECORD. NO OTHER INCIDENTS, THIS SIMPLY WAS A CASE OF BEING IN THE WRONG PLACE AT THE WRONG TIME. ALL CHARGES WERE DISMISSED BY THE VERMONT DISTRICT COURT.
