Damage Amount Requested: $34,367.63 Broker Comment: THE FIRM FOUND THE CLIENT HAD NOT RECEIVED HIS CONTRACT AND MAY HAVE RECEIVED MISINFORMATION REGARDING THE SURRENDER PERIOD OF HIS ANNUITY. THE ANNUITY DOES HAVE A THREE-YEAR SURRENDER PERIOD AND A RIDER HAD BEEN ADDED WHICH PROTECTS THE CLIENT'S PRINCIPLE. UPON RECEIVING A COPY OF HIS CONTRACT THE CLIENT ELECTED TO REMAIN INVESTED IN HIS ANNUITY.
