ACCORDING TO [CUSTOMERS] ("CLIENTS"), AROUND AUGUST 26, 2009, THEY MET WITH RRS AND PURCHASED A HARTFORD VARIABLE LIFE PRODUCT. CLIENTS CLAIM THEY WERE TOLD BY THE RRS THAT THEY ONLY NEEDED TO PAY A SINGLE UPFRONT PREMIUM, WHICH THEY PAID, AND THAT THE REMAINING PREMIUMS WOULD BE FINANCED THROUGH A "PREMIUM FINANCING" COMPANY. CLIENTS ALLEGE THE "PREMIUM FINANCING" COMPANY IS NOT PAYING THE ANNUAL $74,317 PREMIUM; THEREFORE, THE CLIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PREMIUM AND THEY ARE NOT IN A POSITION TO PAY.
