AT THAT POINT WE EVICTED OUR RENTERS WHO WERE NOT PAYING THIER RENT AND MOVED INTO THAT PROPERTY. WE HELD ON AS LONG AS WE COULD AND THEN HAD NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO FILE A BANKRUPTCY.
