[CUSTOMER] APPLIED $5,100 FROMDIVIDENDS ON ONE OR TWO OLD POLICIES FROM PRUDENTIAL. IREMEMBER MY MANAGER TOLD HIM NOT TO PAY HIS-OLD- POLICIES SINCETHE DIVIDENDS WERE LARGE ENOUGH TO PAY THE PREMIUMS, BUT TOAPPLY THE MONEY HE WAS PAYING INTO THE OLD POLICIES INTO THENEW ONE. [CUSTOMER] WAS NOT TOLD TO DISREGARD PREMIUM NOTICES ONTHE NEW POLICY BY MY MANAGER NOR MYSELF. HOWEVER, I LEFTPRUDENTIAL IN THE EARLY PART OF 1991, SO I DON'T KNOW IF ANYONEELSE TOLD HIM THAT. I ALSO DON'T RECALL ANY REPLACEMENTREGULATIONS BEING VIOLATED SINCE WE DIDN'T REPLACE ANYTHING.
