CLIENT IS CLAIMING $220,000 IN COMPENSATORY DAMAGES AND $200,000 IN EMOTIONAL DAMAGES. Damage Amount Requested: $420,000.00 Broker Comment: THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF WRONGDOING BY THE FIRM OR THE FINANCIAL ADVISOR. THE FIRM'S REVIEW REVEALED THAT THE CLIENT WAS GIVEN MANY OPPORTUNITIES TO SELL HIS STOCK POSITIONS, BUT HE REFUSED TO DO SO. THE CLAIM FOR REMUNERATION WAS DENIED IN ITS ENTIRETY.
