I WAS RELATIVELY NEW TO THIS COUNTRY AND FELT THREATENED AWAY FROM WITNESSES SO I REFUSED TO FOLLOW. THIS RESULTED IN A PHYSICAL STRUGGLE IN WHICH SEVERAL ITEMS ON THE COUNTER WERE BROKEN. I WAS THEN ARRESTED AND CHARGED. DUE TO THE CIRCUMSTANCES THE CHARGE WAS DISMISSED.
